Christie and her husband Blane have enjoyed almost thirty years of marital bliss as they have lived, played, and worked in Northern Colorado. Before starting their family, Christie and Blane lived in Australia for a year and travelled extensively.  While they still enjoy traveling, whenever possible, they keep active with their kids’ activities through school, 4-H, and church.  Christie and Blane are blessed with six beautiful and amazing children, Jacob, Christian, Isabella, twins Aidan and Noah, and Ellyanna.  They are also fortunate to have a large extended family that mostly reside in Colorado, and many friends and colleagues that they have met over the years.  Recently, the Juhls moved to Eaton where they can expand their miniature farm of alpacas, goats, chickens, and furry family members…and hopefully someday even some grandchildren!

 

At the beginning of her studies, Christie went to cosmetology school and was even training to be a pilot!  With her adventurous spirit, Christie worked as a travel agent and then later transitioned to a career in education, while also busy raising children.  As the kids were growing up and becoming more independent, Christie decided that she wanted a career that was more fulfilling and had always been interested in real estate.  As a woman of faith, Christie took the leap eight years ago and has never looked back!

 

Christie is passionate and knowledgeable about real estate and knows that while there is a house for everyone; she wants to find a home for everyone that she works with. We live in an area of the country where finding a home for a first time buyer can be challenging and may even seem impossible.  Christie takes the time to educate all buyers, new and experienced, on the buying process as well as connecting them to the necessary resources to get the home of their dreams.  Her familiarity with the area and strong community connections make her a valuable resource whether you're looking to buy, sell, or relocate in Northern Colorado.  With her extensive ties to the Northern Colorado community, Christie has a professional network that includes lenders, appraisers, title companies, and real estate attorneys.  She loves the work that she does and considers herself to be privileged to work in a business where her clients become friends, and she loves them like family! 

 

In addition to her passion for real estate, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Driven by her faith and love of family, she is always willing to give back to her community through volunteer work and at local events.  When it’s time to relax, you can find Christie spending time with friends and loved ones, meeting up for a cup of coffee, or curling up on the couch for a good movie.
